48 São Julião, named after one of its streets, is located on the corner of Rua de São Julião and Rua dos Fanqueiros.
The building has an architectural Pombaline style and is near the core of the “Baixa” streets of the Portuguese capital. It will soon become a fully renovated state-of-the-art Boutique apartment hotel with the signature of GAVINHO.
The six-story building has a new project for 19 serviced apartments and a commercial space that respects its original structure but brings a fresh and nomadic vibe to the neighborhood.
48 São Julião, com o nome de uma das suas ruas, situa-se na esquina da Rua de São Julião com a Rua dos Fanqueiros.
O edifício tem um estilo arquitetónico pombalino e fica próximo do centro das ruas da Baixa da capital portuguesa. Brevemente transformar-se-á num Hotel-Apartamento Boutique de última geração totalmente renovado e com a assinatura da GAVINHO.
O prédio de seis andares tem um novo projeto para 19 apartamentos e um espaço comercial que respeita sua estrutura original, mas traz um ar fresco e nômade ao bairro.
